These terms are a working draft describing how the llmez platform is intended to be used. They have not yet undergone formal legal review and will be superseded by a counsel-reviewed version before production use involving tenant personal or financial data.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the llmez platform, operated by Landlord Made EZ, LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Description of service
llmez provides software for landlords and property managers to manage the tenant lifecycle, including applications, screening, leases, payments, maintenance, documents, and messaging.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable landlord-tenant law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the platform.
Payments
Where the platform facilitates payments between parties, llmez acts as a facilitator connecting to third-party payment processors. llmez is not a party to the underlying rental or vendor agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Landlord Made EZ, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
