llmez is operated by Landlord Made EZ, LLC ("llmez," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through the llmez platform and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, and login credentials for landlords, property managers, and tenants using the platform.
• Property and tenancy information entered by landlord customers: applications, leases, payment records, maintenance requests, and related documents.
• Contact information used for communications, including phone numbers provided for SMS notifications.
• Usage information: how the platform is used, for support and reliability purposes.

SMS messaging

We send SMS messages (for example, rent reminders and maintenance updates) only to phone numbers that have affirmatively opted in through our consent process. See our SMS Terms for full details. How we use information

We use collected information to operate and support the platform, facilitate communication between landlords and tenants, process the transactions our customers initiate, and meet legal and compliance obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers necessary to operate the platform — for example, cloud hosting, e-signature, tenant screening, and payment processing providers — solely to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls restricting who can view sensitive data, to protect information stored on the platform.
